SM Entertainment artists Super Junior and Girls Generation (aka SNSD) have dominated the album sales in the first half of the year, according to the sales charts of Korean music download site Hanteo.
Besides the two, other top K-pop artists in the top 10 are Rain, 2PM, and BEAST.
Based on the chart, Super Junior's new album "Bonamana" topped the list with 119,167 in album sales for the first half of the year. Girls Generation were second and third with 117,633 for their album "Oh" and 48,827 for their repackaged second album. Super Junior's repackaged fourth album was fourth with 45,733 in sales.
Other artists in the from fifth to tenth in album sales are:
